As the first point of contact for residents, contractors and colleagues, you will handle a wide range of property maintenance and repair enquiries via telephone, email, online chat and face-to-face contact.This role is ideal for someone with housing, property maintenance or repairs experience who can provide excellent customer service while accurately diagnosing repairs and raising works orders. You will play a key role in ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, delivering a positive customer experience from first contact through to resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for residents reporting repairs and maintenance issues.Accurately diagnose repair requests and raise works orders for contractors.Provide professional advice and guidance on property maintenance matters.Respond to urgent and emergency repair enquiries quickly and effectively.Liaise with contractors, delivery partners and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales.Manage customer enquiries, complaints and escalations, ensuring they are appropriately recorded and resolved.Support customers visiting ..... full job details .....
