From a home base, you will plan site visits, lead resident and client engagement, and ensure services, safety and finances run smoothly. Your approach will be proactive, organised and people-first, building trust with clients, residents and contractors alike. A key feature of this portfolio is communal heat networks. You will bring hands on experience to optimise performance, manage metering and billing interfaces, oversee maintenance partners and communicate clearly with residents about usage, costs and outages.
