This is a visible, relationship led role where you''ll be the trusted point of contact for residents, client stakeholders and onsite teams, ensuring homes are safe, services are seamless and communities thrive. Operating in a hybrid pattern, you''ll typically spend one day a week office based, with the remainder of your time split between site visits across your developments and working from home to plan, prioritise and deliver. You''ll lead and support onsite staff, drive operational excellence, and manage budgets and compliance with a calm, hands-on approach. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Most days you''ll be prioritising resident requests, coordinating contractors and on-site staff, reviewing compliance actions and keeping service charge budgets on track.
