Senior Property Manager Location: Downend, BristolSalary: £31,000 basic + OTE £34,000+Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm (No Weekends) Pertemps Bristol are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join an established independent estate agency in Downend. You''ll manage a portfolio of rental properties and be a senior member of the property management team. You''ll deal with landlords, tenants and contractors, while also supporting the wider team. What you''ll be doing Managing a portfolio of rental properties Organising repairs and maintenance Arranging property safety checks Making sure properties meet legal requirements Carrying out property inspections Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs Dealing with tenancy deposits and disputes Keeping landlords and tenants updated Building good relationships with contractors Supporting and helping to lead the property management team Working with the wider lettings team What they''re looking for You''ll need previous experience in residential property management and be ready to take on more responsibility.
