Senior Property Manager

Overview

Pear Recruitment – Experienced Property Manager - Islington. Our client, based on a busy Islington high street, is looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to work in their upmarket office, managing a portfolio of around 130 properties. They have a great reputation and are well respected within the area. Do you have extensive knowledge of inventories, check-in/check-out, deposit returns and processes within property management? If you have previous experience working with Flixflo, this would be an advantage. Are you professional, motivated and looking for a new challenge? About the role

Dealing with check-out inventories and deposit returns

Dealing with contractor’s invoices to ensure payment

Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service

Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or other PM tasks

Co-operating with the Lettings Team

Ensuring portfolio compliance with all legislation – Gas Certs, EICRs etc.

Property inspections

Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software is an advantage.
