      <description>Location: City | Salary: 39000.00-39000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior Property Manager Edinburgh £39,000 + Bonus We''re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio while supporting and mentoring a team of Property Managers. The Role  Manage tenancies from move-in to move-out Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Oversee maintenance, inspections, and property compliance Handle complex tenancy issues, disputes, and deposit matters Ensure compliance with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements Mentor colleagues and help drive high standards across the team  About You  4+ years'' residential property management experience Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation and HMO management Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Experience using property management systems such as SME, Fixflo, and InventoryBase ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualified Previous mentoring or team leadership experience is advantageous  What''s on Offer  £39,000 salary plus quarterly bonus Ongoing training and professional development Team incentives and quarterly company events A supportive, ambitious business with genuine progression opportunities</description>
