Senior Property Manager

OverviewSenior Property Manager - North London • Salary £80-85k. This hands-on role reports to the Principal of a multimillion-pound privately owned residential property portfolio (8 London, 1 large estate SW UK). Large projects are planned, including refurbishments of a large residential property and the surrounding grounds. The successful candidate will have excellent comprehension of construction matters, be a problem solver, proactive and hardworking.

Responsibilities

Organise and support both large and small residential property projects, managing them from inception to completion.

Project planning, management and scheduling; detailed documentation and reporting; maintain strong communication and build relationships quickly with stakeholders.

Liaise with all suppliers, contractors and building teams; compile detailed schedules; identify and address problems; ensure thorough follow-up and maintain yearly maintenance schedules.

Qualifications / Skills

Excellent understanding of construction matters; problem-solving, proactive and hands-on approach.

Experience coordinating both large and small residential property projects from start to finish.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
