Ensuring professional and courteous service to Landlords and Tenants, identifying opportunities to improve service levelsCollaborating with the Head of Centre on staff interviews, inductions, training, appraisals, coaching, and developmentLeading occasional team meetings and participating in branch meetings to update managementHandling internal and external complaints promptly and effectivelyManaging property tenancies from start to end, including inspections, safety checks, and adherence to landlord instructionsOrganizing remedial works and advising landlords on repairsObtaining estimates, issuing work orders, and managing invoicesResponding to correspondence, calls, and visits from landlords and tenantsProcessing End of Tenancy Reports and deposit chargesFinalizing security deposit releases in compliance with scheme rulesMaintaining up-to-date records of outstanding mattersReporting complaints, legal notices, or issues to management immediatelyCoordinating with letting and accounts departmentsResponding to security or service issues promptlyAssisting with customer complaints and investigations as neededCharging appropriately for services renderedServing notices for tenancy terminationsHandling landlord statement queries and negotiations on renewals/extensionsMaintaining relevant industry qualificationsDuring the recruitment process, you''ll initially speak with a Recruitment Partner, with opportunities to meet your potential manager and Regional Director face-to-face.Don''t miss this customer service role with potential career growth to Director.
