As a Senior Property Manager, you will:Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties.Address maintenance issues, chase rental arrears, and negotiate deposit returns and disputes.Leverage your technical knowledge of property management to resolve complex issues.Train and mentor staff, sharing your expertise with the team.Your Skills and Experience

Extensive experience in residential Property Management with a proven track record of success.Ability to develop and mentor staff and conduct effective training sessions.ARLA qualification and in-depth knowledge of current market trends and regulations.Excellent organizational skills and composure.Strong customer service skills demonstrated in previous roles.Why Join Us?
