Basic salary £35,000, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.OTE:

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties.Address maintenance issues and chase rental arrears.Negotiate deposit returns and disputes.Leverage technical knowledge of property management to effectively resolve complex issues.Play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing your comprehensive expertise with the team.Your Skills and Experience

Extensive experience in residential Property Management with a proven track record of success.Ability to develop and mentor staff and conduct effective training sessions.ARLA qualification and in-depth technical knowledge of current market trends and regulations.Highly organized and composed individual.Strong customer service skills, consistently demonstrated in previous roles.Why Join Us?
