Senior Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering outstanding customer service in a client-facing environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to take responsibility for the management of an institutional clients residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the on-site team, including property managers, maintenance and tenancy coordinators.

Take ownership of service charge budgets, management accounts, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Conduct regular property and block inspections, ensuring health and safety, compliance, and high presentation standards.

Manage tenancy lifecycles, including check-ins, renewals, check-outs, and deposit returns.

Oversee maintenance, refurbishment, and contractor works, following procurement procedures and client approvals.

Requirements

At least 2 years\'' experience in a similar client-facing property management role.

Technical qualification: MARLA, MIRPM or AssocRICS (essential).

Excellent financial management skills, including service charge budgeting and reporting.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
