Senior Property Manager Commercial and Residential to 50k DOE This role comprises of 70% Commercial Properties 5 years + experience required Are you a hands-on Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment? We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Manager to join a dynamic and growing property agency. This is a front-of-house, highly visible role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and leading from the front. You will be Second-in- Command working alongside the Directors to drive the business forward The Role of the Property Manager You will take responsibility for a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring service levels remain exceptional.
