In this key role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse residential property portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while supporting the wider property management team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a residential property portfolio from move-in to tenancy endOverseeing lettings administration, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-insCoordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputesManaging rent collection, reconciliations, statements, and arrears controlHandling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, landlords, and managing agents to ensure issues are resolved efficientlyOrganising and monitoring statutory compliance, including Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), EPCs, and other legal requirementsActing as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and resolving queries professionallyNegotiating tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and updated tenancy termsConducting routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports with recommendationsSupporting overseas landlords and overseeing the onboarding of new propertiesEnsuring compliance with current property legislation and industry best practiceAssisting with ..... full job details .....
