The role As a Senior Property Manager, you''ll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of residential developments, overseeing the full property management cycle and building relationships with leaseholders, clients and contractors. Portfolios are structured to balance workload and complexity, with exposure to larger developments and high-rise buildings. You''ll have autonomy over your portfolio while working alongside the wider property management team and supporting junior colleagues where required. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential developments, overseeing maintenance, repairs, compliance and day-to-day property matters. Prepare and manage service charge budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and cost control.
