Dealing with all matters associated with Tenants, Agents, Contractor and the Properties themselves. Responsibilities Directly manage a small portfolio of time onerous problematic propertiesDirectly manage a portfolio of Irish properties and properties on the Isle of ManLead with the initial refurbishment/development of new properties assigned to the Property Management team to ensure they are set up appropriatelyIn depth understanding of Residential Property Management LegislationRemain up to date with current legislation and changes within the Sector - ensure relevant changes are implementedDeliver a good advertising and lettings service with the assistance of the PM TeamA thorough understanding of residential tenancies and AST managementLead a small property management team to deliver and successfully manage a competitive Property Management Service - managing repairs and servicing of properties within the portfolio -ensuring that relevant certificate are obtained and essential works are completed to keep properties in a good state of repairDevelop and effectively manage a Property Management Team - enabling staff to develop and succeed within their rolesAbility to actively seek ways to constantly ..... full job details .....
