Job Title: Senior Property Manager Location: Hove Salary: Competitive Full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Our client based in Hove is looking to recruit a Senior Property Manager to lead a team towards achieving the highest standards of Property Management of a varied Portfolio. Dealing with all matters associated with Tenants, Agents, Contractor and the Properties themselves. Responsibilities Directly manage a small portfolio of time onerous problematic properties Directly manage a portfolio of Irish properties and properties on the Isle of Man Lead with the initial refurbishment/development of new properties assigned to the Property Management team to ensure they are set up appropriately In depth understanding of Residential Property Management Legislation Remain up to date with current legislation and changes within the Sector - ensure relevant changes are implemented Deliver a good advertising and lettings service with the assistance of the PM Team A thorough understanding of residential tenancies and AST management Lead a small property management team to deliver and successfully manage a competitive Property Management Service - managing repairs and servicing of properties within the portfolio -ensuring that relevant certificate are obtained and essential works are completed to keep properties in a good state of repair Develop and effectively manage a Property Management Team - enabling staff to develop and succeed within their roles Ability to actively seek ways ..... full job details .....
