A Senior Property Litigation Lawyer is required by a law firm in the South West to work as a senior appointment within their litigation department in the Exeter office. The property litigation department deals with all aspects of disputes on behalf of businesses, organisations, and individuals. The team works with a number of high net worth clients across the South West.The successful Senior Property Litigation Lawyer will be dealing with a wide range of property and land disputes. As part of a wider litigation group, this property litigation team has developed a fantastic reputation assisting landowners, landlords, and tenants on matters such as rights of way, boundaries, and adverse possession, as well as dilapidation claims, lease renewals, and forfeiture proceedings.This role will contribute to the continued growth and success of the team moving forward, involving management, business development, and nurturing of less experienced lawyers to maximize their career potential. The successful candidate will offer a strong academic background and be able to communicate confidently with high net worth clients. Salary is dependent upon experience.Company
