Supervise, train and mentor non-qualified and trainee property lawyers handling residential property transactions from instruction to completionProvide day to day technical support, coaching and development to non-qualified and trainee property lawyersPerform file reviews and audits to maintain quality and complianceEnsure all conveyancing work is carried out in compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal requirementsSupport with caseloads during periods of absence or conflict of interestUse bespoke, award winning case management system effectively to record tasks and progress and contribute to its ongoing improvementManage deadlines and oversee the exchange and completion processMaintain clear and proactive communication with clients, partners and other conveyancersDeliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfactionWant to learn more about Eden? At least 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal ExecutiveProven ability to supervise and mentor non-qualified or trainee property lawyersEvidence of recent CPD enhanced AML trainingStrong communication skillsStrong affinity for digital technologyExperience and competency in sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, new build, shared ownership / equity and registered / unregistered property workExperience of freehold and leasehold property transactionsBenefits
