Senior Property Asset Manager

Property Partner (Housing) Location: Bristol Salary: £54,495 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday Working Pattern: Predominantly remote, with office or site attendance as required. Attendance will not normally exceed two days per week, and some weeks may not require any on-site attendance. The Role We are recruiting for an experienced MRICS-qualified Senior Property Asset Manager to join an established public-sector organisation, providing strategic property advice and delivering effective solutions across a large operational estate This is an exciting senior opportunity for a property professional with significant experience of proactive estate and asset management within a large, complex organisation. You will provide strategic property advice and support the effective management of a substantial operational property portfolio. Acting as the strategic link between the organisation s property function and the services occupying its buildings, you will develop asset management plans, identify property requirements and translate organisational objectives into practical property solutions. You will lead on projects involving acquisitions, freehold and leasehold disposals, property rationalisation and development advice. The role also includes line-management responsibility for one or more Property Managers. RICS qualification is essential.
