Senior Projects Manager Location: Sutton in Ashfield, office basedOverview We are recruiting on behalf of a highly specialised engineering organisation for a Senior Projects Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects within a niche technical environment. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and coordinate a small project team while acting as a key link between engineering, production, supply chain, and wider stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of multiple large-scale, technically complex projects simultaneouslyTake ownership of project performance, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned to client expectationsManage, mentor and coordinate a team of 2 Project Managers and 1 Project Support professionalRapidly assess and mobilise new projects, defining priorities, plans, and resource allocationProvide clear direction and oversight to ensure all projects remain on track and risks are proactively managedOversee all project phases from initiation through to completionCoordinate closely with internal teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure seamless deliveryBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across functionsMonitor progress, budgets, risks, and reporting, implementing corrective action ..... full job details .....
