Working for a premier Tier 1 main contractor, you will take full ownership of subcontract procurement, commercial risk management, client valuations, and project final accounts. Lead commercial strategy across major construction packages, managing subcontract procurement, enquiry analysis, and order placements. Produce accurate monthly and quarterly cost reports (CVRs), cash flow projections, and margin forecasts alongside project leaders.
