Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Project PlannerLocation: Milton Keynes and London, UK - 1 day per week in Milton Keynes, 1 day in London.Employment Type: Full-Time | PermanentAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner with a strong background in infrastructure projects and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. This is a key role within our growing team, requiring a confident professional who can support the delivery of high-profile, complex programmes across multiple sectors.The role is hybrid, with one day per week based in Milton Keynes and one day in London. The rest of the time can be worked remotely or flexibly, depending on project needs.Key

Responsibilities:Create,

maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.Monitor progress against programme baselines and provide performance analysis and reporting.Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Conduct critical path and risk analysis, and support scenario planning and forecasting.Lead and facilitate planning meetings and workshops with multidisciplinary teams.Support change control processes and maintain schedule integrity.Mentor junior planners and contribute to best practice development across the

business.Requirements:Extensive

experience in a senior planning role, ideally within major infrastructure programmes (e.g., transport, utilities, energy,

construction).Expert

knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.Strong understanding of project controls, critical path analysis, earned value, and change

management.Excellent
