Senior Project Planner

My client has a requirement on a project in Leeds. They are a  Tier two Civil Engineering contractor with operations across the north and north west of England.. This can be either on a permanent or contract basis.

Details are as follows:

The scheme is a £10 million Public Realm scheme (Civils – Paving, surfacing, drainage, signage)  and will last for approximately 12 months. The project is in Leeds City Centre and is being undertaken for the local authority.

I am looking or Planners with the following experience:

Primavera P6 proficiency

Civil Engineering contractor experience (could have an engineering background)

NEC contract experience in relation to programme submission.

Experience and understanding of delay analysis, qualitative and quantitative time impact analysis

Change control management

The role entails submitting the Clause 32 programmes to client,submitting Clause 60 programmes for CE’s,reviewing Clause 32 submissions from the subcontractor (2 – 3 subcontractors)

There is an immediate start available for the successful applicant and the rate/salary and package are very negotiable depending on relevant experience.
