Senior Project Payroll Consultant Hybrid 4 months temporary assignmentMy client, a prestigious organisation based in the City of London are currently seeking a Senior Project Payroll Consultant for a 4 Month basis. This is a senior payroll consultant position that would be capable of assessing the current payroll operating model with a view to recommending a new/improved operating model.Key Responsibilities:Review the current payroll operating model end to end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain pointsAssess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the futureEvaluate realistic future-state optionsRecommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future, that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organisationProvide a practical implementation roadmap for any recommendations madePresent findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially sensible wayStrong experience in global payroll operating model review and redesignExperience of outsourced payroll environmentsExperience working across international organisationsGood judgement on governance, controls, service quality, and riskPayroll transformation experienceHR systems knowledgeProvider selection or transition experienceBackground in both strategy and deliveryCurrent-state reviewOptions paperRecommendation paperImplementation roadmapExecutive ..... full job details .....
