About the Role The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the end-to-end execution of Steelway''s installation projects, leading a Regional Service Manager, Project Manager and Project Coordinator to deliver work safely, on programme, and to the specified quality. This role owns the customer experience from project handover through to completion and sign-off, and carries full accountability for margin delivery against budget for the department. The role reports directly to the Operations Director. Acting as the direct point of contact for project execution, the Senior Project Manager works closely with the Regional Service Manager to ensure resourcing, scheduling, and site delivery are aligned with wider departmental capacity and commercial targets. A core part of the role is implementing the systems, processes, and standards that allow the department to deliver an exceptional and consistent level of customer satisfaction.
