Coordinate business teams, technical specialists and implementation partners. Manage budgets, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating decisions where required. Establish clear governance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Oversee the coordination of requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration and testing. Work with business leads to manage readiness, training and adoption. Coordinate cutover, go-live and the transition into operational support.
