This is a predominantly site-based role, requiring a hands-on leader who enjoys being close to project delivery, driving performance on site and supporting teams to achieve outstanding results. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the safe, commercial and operational delivery of one or multiple projects. This role requires an experienced leader who can manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion. Manage project teams, providing leadership, mentoring and performance management. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
