This role provides governance, structure, and clarity in a fast-moving engineering environment—enabling innovation while ensuring projects stay on track.Key Responsibilities

Implement and adapt engineering governance frameworks to support a creative, experimental environmentFacilitate communication between engineering teams and stakeholdersBring structure and clarity to innovative engineering processesConnect the Midlands hub with the London technology teamSupport a fail-fast, experimental culture while maintaining appropriate controlsRequired Experience and Skills

Background in Operational Technology (OT), Automotive, or complex engineering environmentsExperience adapting project governance and processes for fast-moving technical teamsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to balance structure with flexibility, enabling innovation without losing controlProven track record in fast-paced, experimental environmentsRate:
