You''ll lead the successful delivery of complex, client-facing technology projects, responsible for managing the full project lifecycle across a diverse portfolio including, Modernisation, Application Development, Cloud Solutions (Azure/ AWS), Data and AI and Cyber Security.This role can be completed in a hybrid way, spending 2 days a week in our Solihull, Dudley or London offices, or with our UK based clients.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for external clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.You’ll embody TXP’s values, client focus, adaptability, responsibility, and excellence in delivery, in every aspect of project leadership.Demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and ensuring profitability targets are met.Champion Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to shape project proposals and delivery plans.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the organisation.Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.Maintain an unwavering focus on client delivery, ensuring satisfaction targets are consistently met.Mentor and support junior project managers and delivery teams, assisting the Head of Project Management in shaping a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability across TXP.Skills and Experience

Proven experience delivering complex technology projects to external clients.Strong background in at least two of the following domains: Cloud (Azure/AWS), Application Development, Data and AI, Cyber Security, or Legacy Modernisation.Expert-level understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ability to hold yourself and the team accountable to results and the willingness to share your performance results transparently.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.Ability to develop and manage business solutions for complex problems.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).Experience working within a technology consultancy is desirable.Experience delivering projects in both public and private sector environments is desirable.25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).An additional day of paid leave for your birthday (or Christmas eve).Salary sacrifice, matched employer contributed pension (4%).Life assurance (3x).Access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Private medical insurance through our partner Aviva.Cycle to work scheme.Access to an independent financial advisor.2 x social value days per year to give back to local communities.Grow with us
