Senior Project Manager

My client are a Main Contractor who are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Project Lead) to run an £80m project. Commencing at PCSA they would be expected to run this cradle to grave with a proven track record in similar value schemes. Ideally they would be seeking individuals with hotels, commercial or student accommodation/residential experience in new build and refurbishment sector. Complex project both logistically and design, so the applicant must be well versed on this kind of challenging scheme.
