Senior Project Manager

TQR are working exclusively with a Manufacturer based in Devon to recruit A Senior Project Manager at the start of a growth journey for the business. As Senior Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across our global portfolio. You will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will act as the primary point of control and escalation for complex projects and play a key role in developing scalable project management processes, supporting business growth, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting professional development. Allocate projects across the team and oversee resource planning to ensure effective delivery. Global Project Delivery: Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple international projects from concept through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Project Planning and Oversight: Develop and maintain strategic project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
