Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist main contractor delivering prestigious residential projects across the South of England. This is a pivotal role for a leader who excels in managing high-value, complex client builds through delivery to final handover.

You will take full ownership of project strategy, driving delivery teams to deliver excellence on site. The project is a significant one off dwelling with a construction value north of -20m.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record in high-value construction (high-end residential or heritage experience is highly advantageous).
• Deep understanding of JCT contracts and advanced programming capability.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and integrated project teams.
• Relevant construction degree or professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of SHE standards and traditional/contemporary build methods.
