Senior Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week) based in our Oldham office. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and remote working. The Purpose of the role is to shape, plan, lead and deliver multiple, concurrent technical or business change projects to the agreed scope, budget and timescales that meet customer and business requirements. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivering successful projects across people, process, application and technology disciplines. You will be an excellent stakeholder manager with experience leading teams in a matrix environment, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage third-party suppliers and contracts effectively. You will be confident applying a range of project delivery methodologies, possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, alongside collaboration tools such as DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Asana. You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills: Proven track record of delivering projects in a range of disciplines including people, processes, applications and technology.
