Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management, engineering, procurement, and project management required to ensure that the project is ready to commence the Construction Phase at the time of taking Final Investment Decision (FID). The project team will also be required to provide support in the form of technical and commercial input to the preparation of business cases, and value optimisation activities required to take FID.
