Senior Project Manager

The key deliverable for this role is the effective management of the construction projects (CHP, gas boilers, heat pumps, Decarbonisation of our BU in the south , chilled water, district heating and cooling pipework). Responsibilities / Duties include: • To manage/Support the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil through a diverse set of project managers, Site Managers, and coordinate with the Engineers, Designers, Planners and QS/Legal teams . • Produce bill of quantity/materials take off. • Ensuring all deliverables are to the required standard and specification. • Manage the project to ensure all contractual aspects between, clients and contractors, ensuring the compliance of all parties, particularly with respect to completion of the project prior to programmed operational start date • To adhere to project delivery systems and procedures. • To manage the timely production of OandM manuals with the lead designer. • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors and other key stakeholders. • Produce weekly/monthly project progress reports. • Where applicable, carry out the Principal Contractor role. • To work with the planner in order to track, monitor and report project status to senior management. • Effective planning, allocation and management of resources. • Comply at all times with policies and procedures. • Manage and own the project budgets and produce monthly financial reports with the project QS. • Coordinate with the ..... full job details .....
