Senior Project Manager - London - up to 85,000Job PurposeReporting to: UK Construction DirectorWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Structural Project Manager to oversee structural steel installation projects from planning through to completion.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, specifically in steel erection or related structural disciplines. They will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, safety, subcontractors, contractual obligations and client communications to ensure successful project delivery, while leading and coordinating the project team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate the project team to oversee all aspects of structural steel installation projects.Manage and deliver project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met in line with the programme.Develop and communicate clear project lookahead plans, cascading these to the project and site teams.Use visual planning through models and 2D drawing mark-ups.Organise trades well in advance of mobilisation.Coordinate with clients, engineers, designers and site personnel to ensure clear communication and project alignment.Lead and coordinate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, work packages, RFIs and change orders.Lead the project team through constructability reviews and method statements to align internal stakeholders.Monitor project costs, budgets and financial forecasts.Lead site meetings ..... full job details .....
