The role will have overall responsibility for programme, commercial performance, risk, stakeholder management and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the project from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Manage project programme, budgets, resources, risks and delivery strategy. Lead and coordinate construction, engineering, commercial and design teams. Manage client, consultant, contractor and key stakeholder relationships. Monitor progress against programme and drive recovery where required. Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance. Manage change control, variations, risks and commercial interfaces.
