This will be responsible for our Stoke and Chester area''s, you will ideally be located within easy commute of these sites.The CustomerWe are proud to announce the recent contract win and mobilisation of the Sanctuary Social Housing refurbishment contract.Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of operational trades and construction staffHave direct responsibility for the safe delivery of social housing refurbishment and retrofit projectsManage sub-contracted labourLiaise with, and update the client with issues and progressReport into the Operations Manager for this contractEnsure contracts and works are delivered safety, on time and in budgetMaintain the highest level of Health and Safety proceduresHold full operational responsibility for the ongoing refurbishment projectsMentor and motivate a newly established teamWhat You Will Need
