This role will lead all aspects of project execution, including commercial management, HSEQS compliance, programme delivery, resource planning and management of client and supply chain relationships. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving operational excellence, mitigating project risk and ensuring successful stakeholder engagement across major civils and infrastructure schemes. Responsibilities Prepare project programmes, method statements, preliminaries and submission documentation. Chair project start-up and internal coordination meetings. Develop procurement strategies alongside the commercial team and prequalify key supply chain partners for early awards.
