Eden Brown is delighted to be partnering with a leading international consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Northern Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of fast-paced property investment programmes for major retail, FMCG and corporate clients across the UK. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects ranging from refurbishment and asset renewal programmes through to new fit-outs, relocations, extensions and strategic investment initiatives.

Working as part of a nationally established project management team, you will take ownership of several concurrent projects with values ranging from -100k to -20m, overseeing delivery from inception through to completion while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver multiple projects from concept through construction and handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and lead design teams, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, promoting best practice throughout project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project performance against key milestones, budgets and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive project delivery excellence.
• Work collaboratively with programme and account leadership teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering projects within the retail, commercial property, fit-out or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrable project management experience across multiple projects and programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or a similar recognised body.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
