Senior Project Manager

Recruit Build is working with a dynamic and growing construction and property consultancy in Leeds who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Associate to play a key role in leading and developing their Project Management team. This is much more than simply another Senior PM role. The successful person will become a key member of the senior leadership team, combining responsibility for the wider PM team with their own client-facing project delivery. The Business This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consultancy led by two highly experienced directors. They operate with a close-knit team but punch well above their weight, delivering projects and programmes for some of the UK s best-known organisations. Their work spans retail, commercial, industrial and logistics, healthcare, residential, leisure and community projects, ranging from refurbishment schemes through to major multi-million-pound developments and national programmes. The Role As Senior Project Manager / Associate, you will: Lead and support the Project Management team. Maintain high standards of project delivery and quality. Mentor and develop other Project Managers. Manage your own portfolio of client projects from inception through to completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Lead consultant, contractor and stakeholder teams. Oversee programme, risk, procurement and project delivery. Work closely with the Directors as the business continues to grow.
