Senior Project Manager - RC Frame

Project Director / Senior Project Manager London 500 - 550 per day (LTD, CIS or PAYE) About the Company Our client is a well-established reinforced concrete frame and groundwork contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-profile developments across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Director or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major city-centre development. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a flagship project valued at approximately 20 million, with works due to commence in November. Joining during the pre-construction phase, you will play a key role in programme planning, buildability, procurement and client liaison before leading the project through to successful completion. You will take overall responsibility for project delivery, leading the site management team, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and within budget. About the Requirements Proven experience delivering high-rise reinforced concrete frame projects. Previous experience managing large city-centre developments. Strong understanding of slipform construction. Extensive reinforced concrete and basement construction experience. Ability to lead projects from pre-construction through to completion.
