We''re Hiring: Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager - Enterprise Change Office Location: London Work Model: Hybrid - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home Day Rate: £750 - £800 per day (Inside IR35 / Umbrella) Contract: 12-month contract (Possibility of extension) My client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking two experienced Project / Programme Managers to join their embedded Enterprise Change Office (ECO) team in London. Unlike a traditional PMO, this embedded, business-facing transformation team acts as a strategic partner to senior business leaders-delivering high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning product expansion, regulatory compliance, technology enablement, and operational transformation across European and Asian markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead medium to large-scale, complex strategic business initiatives end-to-end-from scoping and planning through to execution, transition, and business adoption. Drive delivery across key strategic themes: Product Launches and Life Cycle Changes: Onboarding new investment vehicles and managing fund mergers, liquidations, and guideline updates. Regional Business Growth: Delivering initiatives to expand the firm''s solutions business globally and across Asia. Regulatory Change and Compliance: Leading implementation streams for major regulatory shifts (e.g., T+1 settlement, AIFMD II, MiFID III / UCITS revisions, and AI Regulations).
