Hours: Full-time, primarily day shifts Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate highways project works from initial planning through to completion. Set operatives, gangs, and subcontractors to work safely, providing clear task briefings, reviewing RAMS, and implementing rigorous risk and permit controls. Coordinate labour, plant, materials, traffic management, access, and utilities interfaces to achieve short-term delivery plans.
