This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a -15m, 140,000 sq ft new build scheme, delivered on a fast-track 40-week programme, with a strong pipeline of follow-on work immediately available upon successful completion. The project will involve full end-to-end responsibility from pre-start coordination through to handover, managing a multidisciplinary site team, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery in line with programme, cost and quality expectations. Following completion of this scheme, the successful Senior Project Manager will move directly onto a further secured project within the same business, offering strong continuity and long-term progression.
