Senior Project ManagerAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the fit-out delivery of a major, technically complex healthcare project in London.Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, overseeing remaining procurement, design coordination, construction, commissioning and handover.This position would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong main contractor background and a proven track record delivering large-scale healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical or technically challenging fit-out projects.The RoleYou will lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Package Managers and support staff, while working closely with the client, consultants and specialist subcontractors.Key responsibilities will include:Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the fit-out.Leading the project team across programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives.Managing and concluding outstanding procurement packages.Overseeing subcontractor design and ensuring design information is delivered in line with programme.Managing fit-out activities and coordinating specialist trade contractors.Monitoring programme and implementing recovery strategies where required.Working closely with the commercial team to manage costs, risk, forecasting and change.Leading client, consultant and subcontractor meetings.Maintaining the ..... full job details .....
