A leading commercial real estate developer is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the delivery of a landmark office redevelopment in one of London’s most prestigious locations.This high-profile scheme will transform a prime site into a best-in-class workplace. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for project delivery from commencement on site through to completion.The developer is looking for a professional with a strong track record of managing complex central London office projects, including experience of tight urban sites, challenging logistics and premium specifications.This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering one of an exciting office development for a highly regarded developer.We are open to permanent or fixed term contract for this position.Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of the project from site commencement through to completion.Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure program, budget, and quality requirements are met.Qualifications
