With an exciting pipeline of work and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, they are now seeking a senior leader to spearhead the delivery of two major schemes in London. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to lead the delivery of two landmark projects, each valued at approximately 30m, offering significant responsibility and visibility within the business: A 9-storey residential development A 200+ bedroom new build hotel Located across South West London, these projects represent key strategic schemes for the company and will provide the successful candidate with the platform to make a genuine impact on the business''s future growth. The Role Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards and client expectations are consistently achieved.
