Senior Project ManagerLocation: Head Office / Project Based Salary: Competitive + Benefits Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe OpportunityA well-established and highly regarded NW construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior / Project Manager to join its growing team.With a strong pipeline of secured work the business is delivering a diverse portfolio of projects from 10m - 50m in value including:Commercial and office developmentsResidential new-build and refurbishment projectsHotel and hospitality projectsHealthcare and education developmentsHeritage and listed building refurbishmentsFa ade, external envelope and major refurbishment projectsThe RoleThe successful candidate will take a lead role in the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction and inception through to completion, handover and customer care.Key responsibilities will include:Leading project teams and ensuring safe, high-quality deliveryManaging projects to programme and budgetPreparing Contractors'' Proposals and reviewing Employers'' RequirementsManaging client relationships and maintaining strong communicationLeading operational management of live projects and bidsWorking closely with Commercial, Pre-Construction, HSEQ, Planning and Senior Management teamsDeveloping detailed project programmesIdentifying and resolving project issues effectivelySupporting the development and mentoring of junior team membersAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience as a Project ..... full job details .....
