Reporting to the Asset Investment Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality projects that improve homes, enhance resident satisfaction, and support our long-term asset investment strategy. This role combines leadership, project delivery, contract management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, and contractors to ensure programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Planned Works team, creating a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Deliver planned investment, refurbishment, and cyclical maintenance programmes safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Ensure all projects comply with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and organisational policies. Manage contractor performance, driving delivery against agreed service standards, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
